Maintenance priorities:

Emergency. No heat in winter, gas leak, major water leak, electrical hazard. Call 911 if life-safety. Then contact us.

Urgent. No hot water, broken appliance, non-functioning toilet in a one-bath unit.

Standard. Dripping taps, loose handles, small cosmetic fixes.

What to expect when you submit a request:

1. Ticket logged and confirmation emailed to you.

2. We triage by urgency.

3. If the request is approved, Vendors scheduled with your access approval.

4. Status updates until the ticket is closed.
