3. Licensing & Compliance

• You obtain and maintain any required municipal or provincial rental licenses.

• You ensure the property meets all safety, building, and health standards.

• You handle tax filings and remittances (e.g., GST/HST).

• Proof of coverage is provided upon request.

• Non-emergency repairs over $300 require your approval within 48 hours.

6. Information & Communication

• You provide accurate property and tenant details.

• You notify us promptly of any changes (leases, ownership, contact info).

• You respond in a timely, professional manner.

7. Professional Partnership

• You allow Alforis to perform authorized services without interference.

• You keep an active payment method on file.

• You reimburse disbursements promptly when incurred on your behalf.
